The AUTODYNAMICS Training Simulator (OTS) System, which is inclusive of all hardware and software, is provided as a 'turn-key' system including all required project and site services such as warranty, long-term maintenance and training services.
TRIDENT's Services Division is a complete solutions provider for computer maintenance and consulting support services. TRIDENT provides single source, independent third party technical services, including hardware maintenance services, software support, end-user/help desk services, network support and other technology support services. These services are provided across a broad range of computing environments, including mainframes, midrange and distributed systems, work groups, personal computers (PC's) and related peripherals. TRIDENT is a registered Value Added Reseller (VAR) for Compaq Computer Corporation and Cisco Systems, Inc., as well as being certified Sun Competency 2000.
TRIDENT provides its computer maintenance services through a field service organization consisting of field technicians in service locations throughout North America, and through alliances in selected markets, both national and international.
