Letter from the President 2009
|
In spite of the worldwide recession, 2009 was a good year for TRIDENT, its clients and employees. Not only were we able to maintain a high level of services for our customers, we were also able to make internal changes that benefitted our clients and our employees.
This was the first year that TRIDENT operated without Autodynamics as part of our financial structure, and we were quite successful in that endeavor. We intend to use the additional resources that are now available to us to become a leader for multi-vendor support services.
As I continue to visit our clients, I am told by them how happy they are with TRIDENT’s quality of service, our responsiveness and our flexibility. This is especially true at this time when so many of the hardware OEM’s are downsizing their service offerings. TRIDENT expanded its own service offerings into the North Carolina market as well as the Atlanta region, and intends to expand our services in Florida this year. We will also be providing service for storage systems as a further offering of our “One Stop Solution” for our clients.
Additionally, TRIDENT has added a number of strategic partners that enable us to increase both our technical offerings and the breadth of our geographic service area.
2010 will continue to bring us challenges and new opportunities; however, with our new independence we are well positioned to again create incredibly happy customers.
