Dataline and Trident Initiate Customer Service
and Technical Support Agreement

Eatontown, NJ, October 25, 2000: (Nationwide Support Specialist will provide onsite computer maintenance services to Richmond Area)

Richmond, VA (October 16, 2000) - Dataline Incorporated and Trident Computer Resources, Inc.(TRIDENT) of Eatontown, NJ. today announced an agreement through which TRIDENT will provide a broad range of technical support services for Dataline's Richmond customers. This is the next step for TRIDENT to expand their already nationwide presence, and it will provide Dataline customers with a welcomed alternative to selecting a maintenance provider other than the original equipment manufacturer (COMPAQ). TRIDENT brings its knowledge and experience of maintaining mission critical systems to these local Richmond businesses.
