The AUTODYNAMICSTM Division delivered several successful simulator projects to Ceska Rafinerska A.S. in the Czech Republic, Alliance Refining Co. in Thailand and Ultramar Diamond Shamrock in California. TRIDENT and our joint venture partners in India, Autodynamics Process Software Pvt. Ltd., delivered a large simulator system to the Numaligarh Refinery in Assam, India. Additionally, TRIDENT delivered two (2) simulator systems with our Strategic Alliance Partner, The Foxboro Company, for simulator projects in Jose, Venezuela and to the U.S. Army.
The TRIDENT Services Division entered into a contract with ENTEX IT Service, a Siemens Company, for service support for VA Hospitals throughout the country. Additionally, TRIDENT entered into a collaboration agreement with Dataline Inc. of Richmond, Virginia for the service support of SUN equipment. As part of this agreement, TRIDENT established a Service Center Office in Richmond.
During the year, TRIDENT also established several Networking/IT Service contracts in the New Jersey region.
Our diversification as a SUN Service Provider, as well as Network/IT Services, are key growth areas for the TRIDENT Services Division.
2001 has started out with the signing of a Strategic Alliance with Concurrent Computer Corporation for the expansion of multi-vendor support capabilities. TRIDENT has also announced several new contracts and significant activity for both divisions. We at TRIDENT are excited by the new challenges presented by our clients, and will continue to maintain the balance of utmost customer satisfaction along with superior technology development and professional growth.
