Trident Computer Resources,
Inc., announced that it has signed an agreement with RSI Simcon
Inc., an IFP Group company, to sell its AUTODYNAMICS™ Operator
Training Simulation business.

is a well-respected name in the process simulation market. Our
acquisition will strengthen RSI’s leading position in the Operator
Training and Simulation market as it broadens our range of products
and reinforces our international position. Combining our experienced
teams and will benefit our customers in our continuous quest
for the highest quality products and services” said Philippe
Vacher, RSI’s Chairman.

our technologies and expand our client base,” said Scott Swain,

The companies expect
to complete the transaction in the third quarter of 2008
