TRIDENT utilizes vendor trained technicians who have a wealth of expertise in maintaining various types of vendor equipment and peripherals, including the specific equipment involved at customer sites. Our engineers have factory experience testing, configuring and developing various computer products, including Compaq, Digital, Concurrent, Perkin Elmer, Stratus and Sun processors and peripherals. TRIDENT has the personnel resources to support most site requirement. However, we will add supplemental personnel with a high level of OEM factory support and experience upon contract award to support major users' requirements. These personnel will have technical depth similar to our existing support engineers. |
