2007 was the best year ever for TRIDENT. Both
divisions, TRIDENT IT Services and the AUTODYNAMICS™ Simulation
Division, had banner years. Even more encouraging are the prospects
for 2008 as TRIDENT’s IT Services Division has been notified
of the award of a large services contract covering all of North America.
AUTODYNAMICS completed several large simulation projects in Korea
including a lubes hydrocracker project as well as major expansions
of two of our existing Operator Training Simulator (OTS) Systems there.
TRIDENT also completed two OTS projects for the Oil Ministry of Iraq
in conjunction with our strategic alliance partner, Drilling Systems
Ltd. in the U.K. TRIDENT’s AUTODYNAMICS Simulation Division was
also awarded a project with a major international energy company to
install our AUDY™ OTS at each of their fourteen refineries.
Based upon our current sales activity coupled with the excellent margins
being generated by the operating companies, and the lack of qualified
operators worldwide, TRIDENT expects 2008 to be even better than 2007
for the Simulation Division.
TRIDENT’s IT Services Division continued to expand its services
offering including several overseas projects. Much of the growth has
been generated by expansion of our existing clients. The recent award
includes 59 cities in the USA/Canada as well as Mexico and Columbia.
This project will certainly be a challenging one, yet a rewarding
enterprise with growth and new opportunities.
