TRIDENT originated from the Customer Services Division of AUTODYNAMICS, INC., and has serviced AUTODYNAMICS' customers for over thirty (30) years. TRIDENT is a privately held company founded by the previous management of AUTODYNAMICS, INC., which acquired the Customer Services Division of AUTODYNAMICS in March 1990. Subsequently, TRIDENT acquired the simulation business of AUTODYNAMICS from its holding company, Gilbert Associates, Inc., in 1991.
It is important to understand that TRIDENT not only maintains OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) technical expertise and parts capabilities, but also has a long history of successfully executed service contracts.
TRIDENT is headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey, with service centers in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Australia and the United Kingdom staffed with qualified national service engineers and supplied with spare parts which have been tested on hot systems.
