At remote locations throughout the world, TRIDENT can provide additional local contractor support and/or spare parts with prior customer permission. At all times, TRIDENT maintains contract responsibility along with supervision of any local support provided. CONTINUOUS SUPPORT Continuous effort is part of TRIDENT's standard service offerings. Once a call is open and the Engineer is on site, TRIDENT provides continuous support and effort to repair the system, and will remain on site to get the system operating as quickly as possible. Mission critical support service is provided by TRIDENT to customers requesting immediate access to technical personnel and a single point of contact for all problems. Requests for service by mission critical sites receive the highest priority with calls routed directly to the Account Engineer. |
