(TRIDENT) is the leading Value Added Reseller (VAR) and computer maintenance services provider of high performance computer systems for real time applications worldwide. After you select TRIDENT as your supplier, TRIDENT's Customer Service Department's task is to tailor an ongoing service program to meet your specific requirements for system availability. Toward this end, TRIDENT offers a wide variety of hardware and software service programs.

SERVICE OVERVIEW

TRIDENT recognizes that some of our customers prefer to maintain their own computer systems. We also realize it has become increasingly expensive to do so because of large inventory and capital expense requirements, plus the growing demand for skilled technicians. With this in mind, we offer our Repair Center Services.

This versatile service helps our reseller/self maintenance customers minimize their need for large spares inventories, reduces the skill level required of their in house technicians and maximizes the use of their budget dollars. To assist customers in these areas, TRIDENT offers same day Emergency Exchange, Five (5) Day Express Repair & Return, and Standard Repair & Return service.

Aimed at our reseller/self maintenance customer base, the Repair Center Services Program is a cost effective support package that ensures the exchange and/or repair of critical items when you need them. Just select the service you need to fit your situation.

Same Day Emergency Exchange Service

If your system is down and your inventory of spare assemblies is exhausted, TRIDENT will locate the necessary item at your required revision level and ship it to you that day. All you have to do is return your defective board to our Repair Center upon receipt of your replacement module.

Five Day Express

This high quality express repair service is available for all modules compatible with systems from TRIDENT's Supported Products List, and it's an economical alternative to maintaining a complete spare parts inventory.

Standard Repair & Return Service

Our Standard Repair & Return Service is designed to give you the necessary supplemental support when your service team requires timely, reliable backup. It provides top notch, cost effective depot repair service for modules and/or whole units available from TRIDENT's Supported Products List.

Depending on the level of service selected, TRIDENT can satisfy the full spectrum of equipment from modules to whole peripheral devices. To ensure that all exchanges and repairs provide optimum performance, we will include the necessary revision level.


Our professional team of specialists has extensive experience with all types of computers, and with efficient, state of the test equipment. Prior to shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected in a system test environment to ensure superior operational performance and reliability.

Every exchange and repair is backed by a 30 day return to factory Repair Center warrant. And to eliminate the guesswork involved with module repair costs, all work is performed at competitive, fixed rate prices.

As additional benefit of our Repair Center Services is pre paid return transportation of exchanged and/or repaired items shipped from our facility.

Our convenient ordering procedure provides the option of either a one year Repair Center Agreement, or the initiation of individual purchase orders as needed.

To facilitate tracking and expedite your order, items are assigned a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are obtained by contacting the Repair Center prior to shipment and supplying the following information:

  • Company name
  • Contact and telephone number
  • 'Ship to' and 'Bill to' addresses
  • Part number and serial number
  • Purchase order number

To readily identify your package, display this RMA number and any other information requested on the shipping label, and include it on all corresponding documentation.

Items that have been subjected to misuse, abuse or modification, or those that exhibit catastrophic failure characteristics, cannot be accepted under the terms of this program. The exchange of non supported products is subject to the availability of replacement parts or units.
