TRIDENT has implemented many projects for different process industries using different DCS configurations. Each project is designed to meet the customer's specific training needs.

click on image for enlargement	PETROCHEMICAL PLANT AUTODYNAMICS Operator Training Simulator System with custom developed integrated urea and granulation model as well as an AUDY Standard Training Model installed on six (6) AUDY emulated Honeywell TDC3000 UxS Trainee Stations, which have been housed in actual Honeywell Z-style Console Cabinetry. This system has the ability to run the custom urea/granulation model simultaneously and independently on the two (2) sets of Operator Stations.
click on image for enlargement	GRASSROOTS REFINERY Custom Refinery AUTODYNAMICS Operator Training Simulator System interfaced to a Yokogawa Centum Operator Station consisting of three (3) over-and-under operator consoles and two (2) custom ESD panels. Three (3) near-replica custom models were developed based upon the plant's process and control system include: - Resid FCCU with Gas Recovery System - Integrated Crude and Vacuum Unit - Integrated Naphtha Hydrotreater, Continuous __Catalytic Regenerator and Platformer - Sulfur Recovery Unit
